Baked bacon-cheeseburger sliders
These cheeseburger sliders go fast, so I made two pans.
If you only want one batch of sliders, half the recipe. 350° oven. Cut each package of rolls in half horizontally; put bottom halves in 2 oiled 13x9-in. pans.
Top roll bottoms with 5 cheese slices. 3-5 minutes. Cook beef & onion over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; drain.
Salt, pepper, tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Mix for 1-2 minutes. Top rolls with meat mixture, bacon, & cheese.
Change lids. Butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, & mustard make a glaze.
Stirring occasionally, microwave butter on high until melted. Sesame seeds on rolls. 20-25 minutes, uncovered, until golden & hot.
Sliders are burgers or other proteins on smaller buns, while burgers are one-person servings on hamburger buns.
